Medi Center Pharmacy

This is a pill mill, my daughter is 21 got Ambien prescribed by a pediatrician.. Doctor cornielle should have his license revoked They never have anything in stock, dunno how they even in business they just send it to the Boston road pharmacy next door and then we gotta wait cause they never get our prescription correct when they send it somewhere else

Horrible customer service! Only one young lady helped me with trying to get a transfer of a refill done since 10:30am. It is now 3:45pm and she went home for the day. The other workers looked at me like I was crazy and was trying to pull a scam. On top of that, it was a language issue because I dont speak spanish. Yet, when other people came into get their prescriptions done and/or get other services done they were helped and I really feel its because they were of Hispanic background and spoke the spanish language. To make things wild, the Pharmacist Raj lied saying the prescription couldnt get filled because the Pharmacist from BronxCare couldnt give out the patients insurance info which I knew he was clearly lying because he wanted me to pay cash. I called Bronxcare Pharmacy again. The P

Incorrect hours of operation listed on Google vs what is actually posted on their door front. This pharmacy does not open at 9:30am on Saturdays, if at all. The posted hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday, no open hours are listed for the weekend. Wasted my time showing up at 9:30am on Saturday, March 20th, only for this place to still be closed.

This pharmacy sucks the staff are not professional and they don't explain to the customers. If your doctor sends them a prescription they won't fill it until you call or physically go there. They wont even give you a courtesy call. I would't recommend them.

Extremely slow at what they do. Leave customers outside without having staff come out and get the people's information to speed up the process.
