This was one of the worst C&P exams I’ve ever experienced. My appointment with Dr. Mark Miranda lasted less than 10-15 minutes — rushed, dismissive, and completely inadequate for something as important as a VA disability evaluation. He admitted outright that he wasn’t knowledgeable about ENT conditions or surgeries, (his specialty is podiatry) yet, he was assigned to evaluate my allergies. Critical parts of the DBQ were skipped, and many required questions were never even asked. He didn’t review my past C&P exams or my primary care medical records, which are essential for an accurate assessment. Instead, he threw out a quick mention of a deviated septum and ended the exam without any real explanation or reasoning other than, “you don’t have allergies” meanwhile, I’ve had over four other p

Had C&P exam here, waste of time. Waste of gas, and not helpful at all. Paperwork missing, I do not recommend this place.

Dr. Mark Miranda was very nice and professional, and so was the staff. However, the exam itself was maybe 5 minutes long. He looked at my feet and touched a few areas to ask about pain. No tools were used, no measurements were taken, I wasn’t asked to stand or walk to look how flat my feet are. I’m most likely not going to receive a favorable outcome from the VA, I didn’t get a good feeling based off the appointment. It all felt very rushed and not taken serious.

Dr. Leovigildo Gangoy conducted my Compensation and Pension Examination. Parking was easy. Check-in was quick. Exam was fast as I had records and physical therapy records to support my claim. Happy with the very speedy positive outcome.

Completely dissatisfied with Dr. Leovigildo Gangoy. He was unprofessional, treated my condition as a joke. The examination took less than five minutes, he did not use medical tools for diagnosis. Barely performed any type of inspection and/or analysis. If I could rate a zero, I would.
