Be wary when you sign the contract, you will never get your refund back. It's been over a year for us and they provide NO details on the efforts they are making to sell this unit. Our lawyer says he recently had a case in court where it took them 5 years after the resident passed away to get their entrance fee back. NJ passed a public-law-2018-c-98 against continuing care retirement facilities regarding this practice in 2018, however if your contract is before that you are out of luck!!
