MedExpress Urgent Care

We had to go back for a check up for a TB test and the receptionist was very rude. She gave my boyfriend attitude the first time. The second time we went up to schedule an X-ray, she didn’t even give us a chance to say what we needed to do. So she took the paperwork and walked away. Then she had to go figure out what was going on. A few minutes later she came back blaming us for not telling her that we needed to schedule an X-ray like we were wasting HER time. “We went sent out here by the nurse to schedule the X-ray” “What do you mean schedule? We can do it right now “ “Okay then we will do that? She said to schedule, I don’t know” We would have told her originally, if she had let us talk. The nurses were fine, receptionist not.

This urgent care is absolute disgusting and unprofessional with the peat they treat their patients. Every single time I go here either myself or a family member gets turned away by the medical receptionist. Today I had an appointment and just after ten second of walking in the receptionist tells me they’ve been busy and that it would be a long wait. I had no problem with this until she told me that they don’t take my insurance (which they did not mention on the website) and that I would have to pay $199 just to be seen. I only needed a work physical btw. Another time my mother was turned away for no reason when she was suffering with severe abdominal pain. They seriously neee to take this place off google, it’s a waste of time

Date of service 10/12/24. I had no wait because I Arrived at 8am. Receptionist was so nice. Doctor and assistant wre both excellent, caring & considerate. So I do recommend this place, if you're lucky enough to get the same providers.

This place is a joke. I wasted 3 hours of my life going here. The physician assistant Lisa was unwilling to fill out the paperwork I needed for a physical to start nursing school. They collect your money up front and then talk you out of filling out vaccination documentation. She said “if they need this to come back.” But the whole point of coming in was for the physical and vaccine review. The school obviously needs it. The entire front page of the document was left blank. I asked multiple times if she could fill it out and she just down right would not help. I finally gave up. I would not recommend going here to my worst enemy. This is a fly by night location, that shouldn’t be allowed to provide healthcare services or call themselves medical professionals. I wasted my time and money g

I went two weeks ago with cold flu symptoms and they checked me and my lungs and said it was nothing and prescribed me a cough drop. I continued to feel bad and went to the hospital and the hospital said I had pneumonia. On top of that, they charged me $190 and they didn't give me the correct treatment or even diagnose what disease I had.
