Medella Urgent Care

Traveling across country in our RV, and unfortunately during my visit to Texas I got sick. My sister took me to Medella Urgent Care to see a doctor, and the staff, and doctor were absolutely wonderful! Service was very prompt, and I was in and out of there quickly! Would recommend without a doubt!

My experience at this urgent care was disappointing due to the front desk person working today (November 27, 2025). She was extremely rude and unkind from the moment I arrived. She told me I owed $150 even though I’ve already hit my deductible. When I informed her that wasn’t correct, she didn’t apologize or acknowledge the mistake — she just said she’d “look into it.” Her attitude set a really negative tone, and since the front desk makes the first impression, it was not a good one. They should really consider hiring someone more professional and respectful. On the other hand, the nurse practitioner was fantastic. She was kind, attentive, and straight to the point. The nurse was also very sweet. My negative review is solely for the front desk, as the clinical staff were wonderful.

I have been to this specific location several times in the last few years and my experience has always been great. Fast/easy check in process & friendly, professional staff. I came here yesterday for intense nerve pain I was having in my neck, and the NP Terri, was absolutely phenomenal at addressing my issues and helping me get the relief I needed. She has by far been the best Urgent Care doc I have been to & they have all been great here. Hope she’s there the next time I have any emergency ailments! Highly recommend this location to anyone in the Spring/Klein area. I have been to others in the area as well and none of them compare. I will come back here every time.

I've had bronchitis for 3 weeks now, and haven't slept much due to the coughing fits I get overnight. I was able to do a video appt with Vanessa Conn, FNP-C at 6:10pm and get the meds prescribed that I needed easily, without having to go into the clinic itself. She sent the scripts to Walgreens in Magnolia, 5 of them, but they were telling me they had only received 3 of the 5, and it may be a few days before I could get them. I called Medella and asked if they could check that all the scripts were sent, which they were, but the Magnolia Walgreens has been having issues of their own lately, so the lady I spoke with (I wish I could remember her name, she was amazing!) gave me some alternative pharmacies (I chose the new CVS on 1488 since they'd be open until 9pm and she said people have b

I cut my finger badly with a kitchen knife. I showed up and in less than an hour, I had 8 stitches. The staff was great, friendly, and very helpful. Ten days later, I got the stitches out. Three years earlier, I sliced open my thumb cleaning a Ninja blade (food processor, not sword). The service was just as good then. I have GOT to be more careful in the kitchen!
