MedCart Specialty Pharmacy

I have been a customer with this pharmacy for well over a decade and the ladies who work there and offer their care , time and efforts to me have always been very kind, prompt, very helpful and have given me a world of consideration and understanding. I only wish I could offer more than 5 stars to express how grateful I am for their service and professionalism

This is a Great pharmacy, ignore the bad reviews. They answer the phone and call you back in a timely manner. Sadly, I had to stop going here because they don't take my insurance.

It takes multiple calls to receive one medication. Always late and they always blamed it on the prescriber but no evidence they even contacted the prescriber. They promise of delivery on a certain day but intentionally they send it on a later date. It seems like if you have more than one medication on their list, they won’t want your business and they will cut you off one way or another.

I would not trust of what this pharmacy tells you. First they told me that they would not deliver my medication using one of their drivers, because my address was outside of their delivery area; one of their drivers had delivered to my address before, so this was untrue. Then they told me that replacement medication was not a benefit of my insurance plan; I called the insurance company, and this was untrue. They told me that UPS attempted to deliver my medication; I checked the tracking history, and this was untrue. Finally they told me, after I missed my medication dose due to them not getting it to me in a timely manner, that we would need to shift my dosing schedule; I checked with the drug company and my prescribing doctor, both confirmed that this was not only untrue, it was unsafe. I

I am extremely grateful to MedCart Specialty Pharmacy for everything that they do for me. They are always professional, intentional, patient and hard working. Such an amazing group of people dedicated to their jobs to help people get the medications and supplies that they need in order to be healthy.
