MEDcare Urgent Care - West Columbia

I had a wonderful experience at MedCare Urgent Care. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and respectful. The front desk staff member, Quenshada, was kind and very pleasant. The medical technicians, Mo and Sarah, along with the X-ray technician, Jessica, were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. The scribe, Brittney, was also very friendly and professional. Dr. Geraldo Santiago was outstanding. He was very efficient, performed a thorough examination, and took the time to ensure I was well cared for. The clinic was clean, organized, and the wait time was not long at all. Every staff member I encountered treated me with kindness and respect. Overall, this was excellent service, and I highly recommend MedCare Urgent Care to anyone looking for quality and compassionate car

Front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Check in process is simple and fast. You are taken in shortly after signing in and everyone was very kind and friendly. The doctor who saw me was able to prescribe me the necessary medications for my ear infection immediately. This is the best urgent I have ever been to and I’ll return here in the future. I highly recommend this place! Very caring people who work here.

The doctor was extremely thorough. Outstanding examination, checked every body system. Explained what he was doing and why. Explained the diagnosis in detail and how and why he reached his conclusion. The staff was very friendly and professional. If they also did family medicine I would have no problem having them as my family doctor. I am a retired RN.

The care I received at this clinic was fantastic. The front desk staff were very patient and kind while dealing with my insurance not billing correctly. Marie was exceptional in her patience both with us and the insurance company. The provider Dr Mestler was beyond helpful. It's rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and compassionate. I truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an urgent care provider with experience and who goes above and beyond
