I came here today (2/24/2026) around 12:30pm. I was greeted by the front desk who was amazingly nice. I waited for an hour for a room (I didn’t mind) until I was in the room for another hour without care. I heard giggling singing of songs and huge jokesters outside of my door walking up and down the hallway while I sat in the room. I then got a text saying I was discharged for a cough which for one I wasn’t even seen at that point and two I came for back neck and shoulder pain. After being there for an hour it drove me insane, I wanted to be seen since I was in pain mind you I’m in the military so I had to go back to work after my appointment. To my surprise these ladies (and men) did not care whatsoever, what a way to pay respects for the military. They then called me as I already told th

Edit: my previous review was after an upsetting encounter with someone from billing. My office experience was great. After my original post, I was extremely impressed that MedCare had someone call me and gather more information on my experience. It was genuine enough that I was willing to update my review. I left one star off because of that one bad call, but it doesn’t reflect this office (the billing group has work to do) but I would still recommend this office. My low review is not because of my in office experience but rather some billing practices that truly shocked me. My son and I went in for strep tests. I presented my insurance cards (my son also has a secondary) and reiterated this at the desk. The office visit was perfectly fine and the staff was kind and caring, but I was shock

I’m a flight attendant and this is my second time there for a terrible sinus infection that wouldn’t go away. The Doctor’s/nurse practitioner’s are so wonderful and thorough. They listen and do everything they can to get you feeling better as quick as possible. The nurse’s and receptionists are always super friendly as well. There are quite a few urgent care places in my area but the care I’ve received here is by far the best! They really have the best staff! So thankful for the Dr.’s/ nurse practitioner’s that have helped me finally get better!

I entered the office not feeling well at all. I left there feeling great! The doctor that I saw was absolutely amazing. She was personable and I could tell she really sympathized with my problem. After she evaluated me she sent her nurse in and that made me nervous , but that nurse made me feel so comfortable. She is very good at what she does.

I would argue that this level of care goes against the medical creed of "Do no harm." While I don't think this PA did me harm per se, she absolutely did not take the necessary steps to prevent such. Went in for a traumatic fall x 1 day, concerned I may have fractured my greater trochanter. I am a licensed medical provider so I am familiar with the anatomy and this type of injury. She came into the room, asked almost no questions. I was asked more relevant questions from the nurse advice line from tricare when I called earlier that morning, i.e. any lacerations/protrusions. The PA DID NOT PALPATE OR OBSERVE anything. It was lateral hip pain, I was wearing sweat pants, she never saw any of my skin in the area to look for bruising or swelling and never palpated to determine the severity or lo
