I had a really positive experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was kind, patient, and walked me through everything I needed. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained — clearly well used, but taken care of — which immediately made me feel more comfortable. I was taken back quickly and didn’t feel like I was waiting endlessly, either up front or once I was in a room. The medical staff was efficient and attentive. The provider I saw was wonderful. She took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and explained everything clearly — including how to use the inhaler and nebulizer options so I felt confident managing my care at home. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible experience — Unprofessional, Inappropriate, Money-Hungry establishment. My experience at Medullas Urgent Care was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I experienced inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from a staff member during a physical exam, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and violated. In addition to that the clinic has shown a complete lack of professionalism in every interaction. They repeatedly misspelled and mispronounced my name even after I corrected them several times yet they still mispronounce and misspelled in documents they send and in person. Despite not receiving any actual treatment, I was billed and charged unfairly. Even worse, the clinic has continued to pursue payment through debt collection agencies even

Horrible experience. The front desk was unprofessional, and the medical assistants were cold and unfriendly. My visit felt rushed and rough—just a quick swab up my nose, a forceful poke at the back of my throat, and then the assistant walked out. My doctor’s note was handed to me carelessly. Completely impersonal and unprofessional—I would not recommend this clinic.

They got me in and out quickly. Dr is very knowledgeable! If you have insurance, your copays are very low. They work with majority of insurance plans. I was having breathing issues and they got me on the nebulizer right away and helped me. Excellent service!!

The staff is very kind... Doctors always tell me what's going on with the health of my kids and treat them well. I love the weekend option I go on sundays when I need to...
