Never fun feeling ill and waiting in an urgent care line. But have to say, it was really nice to work with Alexa upfront who was helpful getting me taken care of while managing expectations. Nice to have someone friendly and easy to work with when not feeling well.

I was seen at this facility, and I am in absolute disgust with how I was treated. The doctor used discrimination and defamation and treated me like a criminal. I came in for a very serious medical condition that has progressed to the point where surgery is required, and I provided full proof of how severe it is. I don't understand why Medallus can't get a nice receptionist at their Riverton location? Every time we have come in for something, the girl working the front is always so rude, barely engaging, and acts so put out that we are there to make her work and do her job! As of recent, Alexas who currently runs the front desk has been one of the worst, with little people skills, never smiles, and is only as helpful as absolute necessary which leaves you asking mundane questions that she should already be on top of. She gives sour looks and will hardly make eye contact. Nevermind getting any sort of kind greeting from a real person when you walk in; instead of replacing the bad attitude girl for a pleasant one that is warm welcoming, you get an electronic bell with a robotic voice that greets you.

God forbid your employer send you here for a new hire drug test. The receptionist ALEXUS was very inconvenience by my presence And apparently it Takes over an hour just for you to pee in a cup. After I told the receptionist that I would wait and do my drug test, I went and sat down. The receptionist ignored the fact that I needed to fill out paperwork. She seemed thrilled to and pleasant with male patients. About 30 mins later she told me I needed to fill out paperwork. Alexus needs a major attitude check. She is Extremely unprofessional

I don’t go to the doctor often because they always lie to me, this visit was no exception… I don’t pay for insurance because I never go to the doctor so I always make sure to be very clear on pricing of things before say yes to anything. When Kenzie told me that my test was negative for strep she said she would still like to send it to the lab I instantly inquired “how much is that going to cost me” which was responded with “$12” So imagine my surprise when the Lab themselves sent me a bill in the mail saying that it was going to be $98.56 and that it would need to be covered by myself or the insurance company….
