Summit Foot + Ankle

My husband and I have lived in the SW valley area over 20 years and have been to this clinic many times since they first arrived. We both have had surgeries and other foot procedures and the level of care, skills and training by the Drs has been excellent. I am leaving a review now because after both of our surgeries (my husband’s about 8 years ago and now mine, 2 years ago) we received previously undisclosed bills for “remaining balances” years after the services performed. This is not acceptable and in both instances the only answer to our inquiries blames it on a “billing problem” or changes in administrators. Despite the care and attention by capable doctors we will not be going back.

I was so impressed and pleased with my care from Dr. Kiser and his staff. He was very thorough, spent ample time educating me, and the appointment didn’t feel rushed at all. His staff was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. I have had such a hard time finding good care from a podiatrist for a long time. I would recommend Summit Foot and Ankle to all!! I had a great initial experience with the Doctor at this location, who I believe correctly identified my foot issue and the appropriate follow-up. However, the clinic seems to be short staffed in the patient follow-up/insurance coordination department. The receptionist warned that there is only one person that manages this for all of their clinics, and that she is extremely behind or busy or something so she takes a really long time to get back to you. I am over a week after when they said they would originally contact me, I called asking for a follow-up and they said they would send my request over to the extremely busy insurance coordination lady, who has still not followed up with me. Seems like Summit Foot & Ankle is needing to invest in additional personnel or a new process for mana

Dr. Kaiser has terrible time management, and his front desk staff doesn't understand that insurance claims take a little time to process. I've had four appointments with Dr. Kaiser total. Two of them were okay. I felt pretty rushed, but didn't think much of it. The other two appointments were terrible. One of them was at 8am, and I sat and waited for just under an hour. Who gets that far behind that early in the morning? I almost walked out, but he finally came in. I had to rush the appointment because I had a meeting later and didn't think the appointment would take so long. Today was the last straw. My appointment was at 8:15am and I was pulling into the parking lot at 8:16, when they called me, asking where I was. He can make you wait an hour, but if you're ONE minute late, you're wast
