Medallus Urgent Care

Went in Saturday. Psiactic nerver and rib pain to where I couldn't even walk right. No blood pressure, no pulse or temperature; asked for weight and height but never once did I step on a scale. They did not examine me at all. Just gave me a steroid ahot that did nothing to help me walk; and charged me $180. I am annoyed and dissappointed. Five whole minutes with a Doctor who did nothing for that kind of money!!! Never again.

This place used to be good but has really gone downhill the past year or so. My regular doctor was out of town, so I went in with dizziness problems and the only thing they checked was my blood pressure and then said I have high blood pressure. I don’t, I actually have to monitor it so it doesn’t get too low. I went to my regular doctor and it turned out I had a couple of vitamin deficiencies. My son also got some blood work done here, and they only did one of the three tests they said they were going to and then never sent him the results.

Took my wife in to see a Dr. Showed receptionist medical insurance and Medicare card. receptionist asked for my wife's drivers license. My wife didn't have it with her and was refused treatment without ID.I told the receptionist that US citizens are not required to carry ID and that a person only has to show a DL to a police officer. Clinic wouldn't let me vouch for my wife either. I believe the receptionist was unreasonable and could learn to be a little more flexible .

We walked in around 4pm on a Friday after my child had been bitten by a dog at our campground. We were seen immediately, and was able to fill out paperwork while my son was being treated. The provider was through and explained everything. We were even more impressed to get a follow up call checking in on him 2 days later. Great staff, would highly recommend.

Great experience. Customer care was excellent by the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. They treated my young son very well and spoke directly to him rather than to me. You can tell they really care. The checkup was very thorough. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because there was a bit of waiting, but I feel that is because it is a new clinic and kinks need to be worked out a bit once they get more staff and more systems in place.
