CLEARLY!!! I made the right decision to decline an annual appointment call that I received from my former place of what I thought was I/eye care.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE!!!!!!! From the front desk ALL THE WAY TO THE PICK UP OF MY GLASSES!!!!!!!!!!! I can CLEARLY see that the staff @ Looysen 👁️/I Care CLEARLY take pride in their job.CLEARLY!!!!!.

Dr. Alex and his team are wonderfully kind and informative. They go above and beyond to help their patients with all their eye care needs. Truthfully thankful to be a patient here. I’ve been in several situations where I needed in fairly last minute or lost a contact lens and they’ve always been more than gracious.

I have always gone here but I referred my dad whom has always gone elsewhere and continued to struggle with his vision. He called me ecstatic over how well he can see out of his new glasses. Very thankful that you provided him with so much happiness. He can’t rave about Alex enough!

The staff that works here are amazing. As for Dr. Steve Looysen himself. He has NO regard for hie patients. He is NEVER even close to on time. When he sets an appointment up for 8am and does not show up until after 8:30am. Your patients do have lives that extend past your eye appointments. We do set other appointments up on the same day when we live out of town. Have respect your the people you see.

I’ve been to different eye clinics and Looysen I Care is the best. They have quality service, friendly staff and truly care for their patients. Also, they have a variety of hours so I don’t need to take time off of work to go to an appointment.
