Dr Alex and the staff were very professional and caring. They genuinely cared about my issues and worked very hard to calm my mind, explained everything in easy to understand phrases and worked very hard to give me top care. I highly recommend this clinic and the people who work there. Thank you for the great care.

My first time at this urgent care and it was wonderful. I'm in my 70's, get anxious meeting new people and, of course, I was sick. But the receptionist, Camy, could not have been more welcoming an charming! She helped me with the usual paperwork and the wait was very short. The Doctor was very attentive and she seemed so personal and engaging. So interested and in helping me. It wasn't COVID or Flu or strep so she laid out several steps to help with my symptoms. I started feeling better the next morning. I don't recall the last time I was so encompassed with the kindness of a Doctor. It was all paid through Medicare. An Impressive experience for sure.

This is more of a suggestion to improve the experience better, but I can’t find anywhere on the site to leave a suggestion, so I can only review. I came for a drug screening and got instructions to not wash hands. However, when I went to the restroom, the first thing that I saw was instructions to first wash your hands. I kind of panicked, thinking I misheard, and cleaned my hands. It’s only after I read a little more did I realize that it’s for a different urinal test and the test I’m taking has instructions at the bottom. If I could make recommendation, please have the different instructions on different pieces of paper instead of one. That way, it clearly show that there are different instructions depending on the test. (It would also help if the nurse was a little more understanding

Their billing department is incompetent. I have had 11 calls with them and they still have not given me an update on my bill. They say it has been sent to a "specialist" and its been over a month and nothing has changed. Shady business practice. I asked to speak to a manager and he was just as incompetent. He said he would call me back at the end of the week and never did. Every time i call they say it has been sent to the "specialist" and they don't help in any way. I asked to speak to the specialist and the give an excuse as to why the can't. I wish i never came here for care. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The last few times here have honestly big one big joke. No greeting when we walked in and no instruction on what to do to actually sign in. People were getting skipped. The workers at the front were not very responsive (even when a co worker tried to ask them a question so she could help). 2 people 1 computer 0 results 🤔 During the time I was there it was quiet, not like a whole lot of people waiting but only one person was called back. On top of the fact that someone was waiting there before we even walked in and hadn't even been given the intake paperwork because the desk people were not paying attention. After the last experiences here (between me, my son, and my partner) we will not be returning here.
