Medac Urgent Care - Murrayville

I didn’t have a mask and went in for a breathing problem – and the front desk guy gave me one right away in a couple extras so I could travel around to get the pharmacy and stuff on the way home. The entire staff was friendly, quick, efficient and professional. They are my go to urgent care now.

Highly recommended! Super clean, friendly, and attentive professionals. I just got over a 5 day flu like illness when I got Shingles. I visited MEDAC on Saturday morning. The facility is immaculate. Upon entry, I was immediately welcomed by the friendly receptionist and directed to fill out paperwork. As soon as it was complete, I was called back to the exam room and met initally with a nurse. The PA, Elizabeth McDowell, arrived as soon as I had finished with the nurse. She spent plenty of time with me, discussing my condition and offering options including writing a prescription for Valtrex. Everyone at MEDAC Murrayville is excellent and makes you feel like you are a priority. It was a pleasant visit and I will definitely return in the future.

The staff at this location is fabulous. They are always kind, always listen and most importantly they always make me laugh when I don’t feel good. I go here before my primary just because they are so kind and helpful. Making someone feel like a person and not just another number goes a LONG way! Thank you to the staff for being such amazing people and so helpful.

Everyone there was so kind and down to earth! I went to have a deep splinter removed and they not only got me in and out quick but everyone from the front desk to MA and PA were friendly and personable. They even had the PA quickly consult that this wouldn’t be an ER issue BEFORE having me pay my co-pay which I really appreciated because I’ve had to pay an urgent care visit to then end up needing the ER multiple times. I couldn’t recommend this place more, they made a very unpleasant visit not so bad!

My daughter and I both had strep and went in on a Sunday. Everybody was super friendly and professional from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor and were all great with my ten year old daughter. I’m sure we got lucky that they weren’t too busy but we got in and out of there in less than an hour. It was an easier experience than a regular scheduled trip to the doctor.
