I sent one of my drivers to do a drug test and a lady working at the facility was very rude to the driver to the point where our driver was kicked out from the building. The lady continued arguing and neglecting to do the drug test , our driver did not want to argue so he eventually left the facility without doing the drug test. This is the first time that something like this happened and I would never expect this kind of unprofessionalism. Simply would not recommend this place. Our driver had to leave after traveling for more than 1 hour to finish to finish something that might've impacted his driver license record over something simple.

There was only me alone that took me 1 hour to give drug test. They very rude people and front desk terrible. They making on purpose you late even they knows you full and came to pie . No come here guys .that's terrible place. I don't trust them also. They collect urine and show their importance as if they work in the White House.

The blonde receptionist lady with bare minimum English and HUGE attitude. Wrong place to work at. If you are so miserable in your life, don’t make other people suffer.

This drug testing facility is a nightmare. The staff, especially the receptionist, was rude and unprofessional. I arrived for a pre-employment drug test, checked in, and waited over 45 minutes despite others who arrived later being seen first. After an hour, I was sent to a room, only to be moved to another, restarting the process. The examiner then demanded payment, which my employer was supposed to cover. When I asked the receptionist to resolve the billing issue while I provided my sample (after holding it for nearly 2 hours), she refused with attitude, even arguing with my employer over the phone. As a CDL hold
