Med Index Pharmacy

We have been using MED INDEX Pharmacy for over 12 years. They have always provided courteous and professional care. They sre knowledgeable and informative, even taking the time to come and sit with us and explain specifically how certain medications work. They are prompt in getting Rxs filled. They have personally delivered them to us when we were unable to get them ourselves. We highly recommend using this pharmacy. We are thankful for them and appreciate their consistency in providing overall quality in their service.

They said they would not fill my ADHD medication because I was only refilling one medication. I asked if it was in stock because of the shortage, and they said yes. I had my psychiatrist send in a script for another medication that was due. I called two hours later when they sent that script in, and said they were all out of the ADHD meds that they had two hours prior, in EVERY available dose. They also tried to tell me about a law that requires 20% of their sales be from controlled substances. This law does not exist. It is not real. This place is a complete scam and they think they're dealing with idiots, when we just need the medication we use to survive.

Tried frauding me and my insurance by telling me that my insurance wouldn't cover my ADHD medication anymore and that all insurances are doing this and that they will sell it to me for 79.01. I call my insurance to ask what the issue is only to be told that they had billed through my insurance earlier that day for my regular cost of <$10. When my insurance agent called them, they lied and told my insurance a completely different story and tried to blame it on me. Low and behold, suddenly my prescription is filled for my normal covered price the next day BUT also suddenly they will have no more of my medication from their supplier. Funny how that just coincidentally happened after I called my insurance about it. I will be informing my insurance about this and make sure every step is taken t

All the major chain pharmacies were out of Augmentin (antibiotic) for my 8 month-old who developed an infection on his gums. I was worried that he wasn’t going to get his antibiotic, and out of the blue a Pharmacist at Med Index called and said that he, not only has the medication, but he’ll also deliver it to us that evening! We live in an area that’s newer so it can be tricky with the navigation systems, but despite getting lost and taking almost an hour trying to get to our place he hand-delivered the medication and also brought a little juice for our son! He’s too young for it, but the thought was incredibly touching!! We will be going to this pharmacy for all our family’s future needs simply because of how they go above and beyond in caring for their clients. We appreciate this small

The staff at Med Index are the absolute best! They are among the most respectful, professional, and skilled people I have ever met. They understand my needs and always treat me with nothing but kindness. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone!
