Med First Primary & Urgent Care - Southport

Today I went to Med First while in Southport. The moment I walked in the door I felt like I was in the right place. The young lady at the front desk was kind, professional and very helpful. After being shown to a room, my nurse Jill came in. She was an angel. I truly felt horrible. After my diagnosis of messed up urine, dehydration and just plain yuck, this team worked their magic. Then my NP, Alli, came in I talked, she LISTENED. Then she said, you need fluids, she gave me meds in my fluids. Now here is where angel Jill comes in I'm a wimp when it comes to needles. She found a butterfly needle, aka a baby needle. I never even knew she stuck me. I received my fluid, my meds and left feeling so much better because of this team of wonderful caring professional people. I wou

My overall experience with the med first team has been absolutely amazing. From the second you walk in to when you leave, you feel like all your needs have been met. I highly recommend coming here if you are in need of a PCP.

I had a very pleasant and professional experience with all the staff at Med First. From Allison Clark DNP, the person who saw me before Allison and the lovely lady LoriAnn who drew my blood. Thank you all for the time you spent caring for me. I felt taken cared of and listened too.

My experience with Med First primary has been excellent. Office staff members are professional , knowledgeable and supportive. Allyson Clark has taken over Van Tanners position. Allyson is extremely knowledgeable She takes the time to listen and learn all she can about the patients condition and acts upon it immediately. They have onsite lab which is very convenient.

Had medical issue over weekend and as my Primary was booked and not available, was told to go Urgent Care. I walked in first thing Monday morning, which was busy. I was asked to come back in afternoon so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. It was fine since I needed to make store runs. I came back and was immediately seen, weighed in, samples given and Allie was very kind and listened to all my issues and concerns, which she talked with me through. I felt that she was very thorough and I was extremely relieved for the treatment and feeling better after my third dose already! All the ladies at MedFirst are incredibly wonderful! Thank you!
