Med First Primary & Urgent Care - Kenansville

This staff is the lazzzzzziest I’ve ever seen. They’re always at lunch apparently lmao lowkey they should be reported because I highly doubt they get paid to turn away ppl all day. (They’ve done this multiple times before. They’re always empty) Went in at 12 (noon) and the checkout lady turned us away because “all the doctors are going to lunch until 2:30pm and we aren’t taking walk ins anymore. The lobby was entirely empty so was the parking lot lmao Went to the ER next door and the receptionist was so lovely and helpful and rolled her eyes at the urgent care turning us away.

Beyond thankful for everyone at office, especially Richard Ulstad PA. Excellent job on adressing my healthcare needs!

Ashley does a fantastic job ! Phone messages are returned promptly. Dr. Rick is caring and takes time to listen. He treats more than just the symptoms. We are blessed to have them.

Definitely better than my first visit. I felt this time they were a little more empathetic to my needs and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely continue my visits there.
