Med First Primary & Urgent Care - Greensboro

I was very pleased with miss Tiffany . I plan on Making urgent care my primary provider. She took her time with me and was very understanding of my needs.She did not make me feel like I was just a number . Actually I was pleased with everyone that tool care of me that day. I have had some unimaginable loses lately and they understood. I have a few more things to get done there. But I’m sure they can take care of it all for me . I would recommend miss Tiffany to everyone who is looking for great care .

Tiffany is awesome! She takes the time to listen, she makes you laugh and makes you feel like she truly cares. There is absolutely no judgment and she doesn't make you feel bad about being sick or needing something, and she's ALWAYS honest about feedback from me getting results from tests taken. I 100% recommend medfirst to anyone looking for a primary doctor

Everyone was fast efficient and friendly and they got me set up with the meds that I needed very quickly. The only equival I have is not with them but the American healthcare system which is so expensive. Anyway I guess I need to get used to it as long as I'm going to be living here. Thanks to everyone for helping me get my feet back under me

On at least 3 different occasions they have called and canceled my appointment. The day of my appointment. How can you provide health care if you can't keep the appointment that you set? Also since I've started going there. They can't keep a provider. The last few times I went. I have a different provider. How can you get to know your provider if it is always a different person? Please stop the madness!

I love Dr Hickson and the whole staff. Hardly ever a wait time longer than 5-10 minutes with appointment. I have Dr. Hickson as my primary doctor. She sits and listens to my concerns and is very thorough. The referral process is very fast. She is very down to earth. I highly recommend Medfirst and Dr. Tiffany Hickson.
