Just got my new ResMed CPAP machine, let me begin by saying the Technician Yosmel Aroche was top of the line and very well done with instructions for machine usages. He’s a great plus for Med-Care. It made my new ResMed experience the best. So when you buy the best you should get the best Technician. Thank You

My sister was discharged from hospital late afternoon September 29th but didn’t actually leave hospital until noon on the 30th, Med-Care had already delivered hospital bed before she got home on 30th. Now my sister is in hospice and Med-Care tells me they only pick up on Thursday of every week. We waited all day on November 20th and nothing. I can’t believe anyone does business with this company. I called again this morning, after holding for some time, I was told they could pick bed up December 4th, I told the gentleman that was totally unacceptable and the bed, told him to call and leave message when it would be picked, they seem to only want to milk Medicare.

A technician was supposed to come to do maintenance to their oxygen equipment, the driver was changed twice and nobody appeared. I lost my time. I called the office and I was told to call early in the morning to find out when this is going to happen....terrible service !!!!

Working with Med-Care has been a wonderful experience, for my mother. The delivery service is 5 stars. Dealing with Sahilys, at the Med-Care location in Village Medical Center Century Village has also been wonderful. She has a cheerful personality, and always helpful in any way she can. Michael
