I had a Follow up appointment at 1pm. For lab results. With Dr Jean. 1:50pm comes around and I still haven’t been triage. I come to the front desk to ask when will I be seen?(since I had mentioned to the person I booked with that I had to leave by 2pm to pick up my kids. And said it should be a quick visit) the front desk then tells me the Dr is on LUNCH. So you mean to tell me, I’ve been sitting here for almost a hour thru her lunch? … okay so then I said. I need to get my child. Will she still see me if I come back. They checked with her and she said yes. I left at 1:55pm and came back to the facility by 2:30pm. Cool. I let the staff know I am back and they told the Dr. I take a sit and now by 2:50pm I was being triage. Cool. Then 3:30pm comes around. Still haven’t been called. And the D

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got a colonoscopy almost a month ago and haven't heard anything from anybody I've been contacting the doctor he said the system had been down due to the blizzard and since not responded even though I reached out two more times. I call the office they said he wasn't in yesterday but would be in today now all of a duffle he canceled all his appointments for the rest of the day and won't be in till conveniently the day of my appointment which they never called me to even ask if that date or time works at 7pm. I would NEVER go to this place again and NEVER recommend it. Also would not recommend Dr. Boris Chusid. I understand places may be busy but it doesn't take 2 months to get biopsy results back. Communication is key and this place and this doctor lacks it

I had a very disappointing experience at this eye center. The wait time to see the optometrist/ophthalmologist was extremely excessive, ranging anywhere from 3 to 6 hours, with little to no communication or updates provided to patients during that time. The overall coordination and organization are severely lacking. There is no ticketing system, no number being called, and no display screen to track your place in line—something even basic government offices like the DMV manage to implement. As a result, patients are left confused, frustrated, and unsure of when they will be seen. Customer service was also unprofessional. While patients waited for hours, front desk staff were observed wearing AirPods, talking on their phones, eating, and focusing more on upselling eyeglasses than addressi

I find that the staff can be a bit ignorant, no disrespect to them. I jsut think at times they should know more. But overall it's a pleasant experience and I all my checkups end well. I wish they did better with the patient portal and the phone system. I also historically have had slow wait times

It took 4 hours to talk to the neurologist for probably less than 10 minutes. We checked in on the iPad (after we waited in the counter to talk to someone and they made a face and said to check in on the kiosk). 40 minutes after check in I go up to the window and asked just to make sure that we were in the list, she said the iPads apparently didn’t work so we were waiting for no reason. It took 2 hours before they did his vitals. The staffs are rude and incredibly inattentive. We had appointment at 11:30am and finished at 3:30pm. I’m sure it’s not their fault at large but why are so many appointments given at the same time if the times can’t be maintained even remotely close to when they are given. Incredibly frustrating experience overall.
