Med Afford Urgent & Primary Care Walk-In Clinic - Newnan

I went to Med Afford Newnan for weight loss shots. My experience in the office was fine. The staff was friendly. My issues came after. The vile they sold me expired mid-use and its effectiveness clearly waned. I called and spoke with the office manager, Janee. She told me I was an “anomaly” because no one had ever had the medicine stop working. Not sure if those customers were sold an expired vial as I was? I also questioned the FDA’s recommendation that a vial is only good for 28 days after its first puncture.This would’ve meant I needed to use the full vial in a month instead of several. She told me that she would get back to me. I did explain that this was an investment that I made and buying an expired vial that should’ve been used in 28 days was a huge disappointment. FIRST TIME HERE- AMAZING! Amen! Ms. April, happy birthday. The whole staff, thank you so much!! My son had an ear infection and his whole body was burning up. The backstory of not having insurance was that I was dropped unknowing and inappropriate acknowledgment to my family and I. -Through the health department I was told about this clinic and there are multiple locations. Newnan has always been a home and a loving community and that is exactly how I felt when arriving there and being treated with my child. I will be back for primary care for myself and more visits for my children and I. Thank you so much for being clean, I was heard, and taking care of all in one place. The prices were in budget and I’m ready to set up another appointment just because of their spirits. Thank you.

Everyone was so nice and friendly and immediately puts you at ease! Prices are very good and it's nice to have a place that cares about people whether or not they have insurance. Will definitely continue to go back!

I visited this office today and everyone was so nice, professional, and normal- not like robots. It was fast, inexpensive, and they had the meds that I needed there. I’d give more stars if I could!

The most amazing group of individuals. I came in late in the afternoon, I'm sure they were wrapping up up for the day. They paid a great deal of attention to my needs. So grateful for the attention to detail. Holding my head a little higher today, the future looking brighter because of them.
