Dr. Sahli is wonderful. He never rushes through appointments . There's usually very little wait time. He is super fast at refilling medicines. His nurses are very pleasant and helpful.

It takes months to schedule an annual physical here. I have to plan ahead and take time off from work to go. I scheduled an appt over the phone, and I'm sure the person I spoke with said my appt was on June 9th at 9:30am, and that is what I wrote on my calendar. I'm a current patient, and she didn't give any instructions about arriving early. I got there at 9:20, but I was told my appt was at 9, and I would need to reschedule. I never got any kind of notifications either. I asked if there was any way they could fit me in today, because they had told me my appt was at 9:30. They said no; that they were all booked up today. I'm a little disappointed in this office just now. I love my doctor, but sometimes the office staff makes me feel completely unimportant. Specifically the appointment desk. I know I'm way past due for my physical, but when I was told the next available appointment isn't until August 6, 2025, I said I'd skip it this year. (It's November 4, 2024 now) The woman actually laughed at me. I knew I'd have to wait, but almost a year is way too long to wait. Sadly, I have to now look for another doctor.

My husband was refused care today because he has a cough! A cough! So a doctor’s office, in business of caring for the sick and injured, refuses care because of a cough. They TOLD HIM TO GO TO AN URGENT CARE!!! Most people avoid urgent cares because you don’t get to make an appointment or even go during walk in hours, and you are unfamiliar with the doctors. Very disappointed and highly disturbed by this unethical standard of medical care. There has to be something that can be done as I see, in just the few reviews I read, that we aren’t the only ones who have been neglected by denying treatment. I haven’t been to this office in years and will definitely not go now.

health care is no longer about care, just $. my mom has come to your facility for years so I feel like yall did her dirty canceling her appointment for tomorrow after she's waited months for it. because "we no longer accept Medicaid" your rep said that policy went into effect in 2015, she's been a patient well before that. she is 87 with multiple health issues but I guess that means nothing in the billing dept huh? you suck!
