Dr. Meason and his staff were amazing while giving care to my daughter. We had previously been quoted that her treatment plan would take about 3 years to complete, but Dr. Meason looked at her teeth and determined the work that was previously discussed with another Orthodontist simply was unnecessary and her treatment was completed in less than a year and a half. She feels more confident with her new smile and can now chew without any issues. As far as scheduling goes, Sarah is a miracle worker. She is very polite, professional and understanding whenever changes needed to be made to an appointment. Could not have a better team working with my family. 10 out of 10 would recommend any and everyone to check out Dr. Meason and his team.

After a bad experience with another orthodontist, we were very skeptical and worried about choosing another place for my son to continue his phase 1 , braces journey. I am so very happy we chose OrthodonTex. Having someone available to help when we need them has been the best experience since the change. It's so nice to be greeted with smiles and pleasant technicians each and every time we visit. Nobody loves to have their teeth worked on, but it makes my son's whole day after being treated so special while he's there.

Following up with my husband review. I received a phone call from Sophia. She was explaining things to me and I asked for her to send me a break down. She had an attitude and when I asked for the manager she said she is the manager. She then told me she doesn’t understand why I don’t understand. the insurance policy has changed so I wanted a breakdown of all that has been paid. She then belittled me because I switched jobs and I keep changing insurance. I asked to talk to the owner and she told me he doesn’t take personal call. I asked for an email and she told me why would I give you that. I then told her I will go up there and wait to speak to the dentist and she told me I was threatening her and hung up on me again for the second time. She purposely misprounced my name after I told her

I want to share the excellent customer service and personalized service I received from Sarah. She went above and beyond to call my oral surgeon, call my insurance then call us back. That really made our day!! It hadn’t been a good day for us until then. This was so refreshing and comforting. Keep it up Sarah!. Also I want to take the opportunity to give thumbs up to Dr Kyle Meason!! you took over our care from Dr Cohen and you did excellent. My kids are very happy with the ortho dental work and your follow up to ensure everything went well. Next will be my turn, I trusted you with my kids! I know you do a great job!!
