Every single person I have ever encountered in this establishment, from the front desk, the techs, assistants, dentists, doctors, all of the people have been so kind and pleasant to be around. Like I actually enjoy going to the dentist. And would give this place 5 stars just for the positive vibes Life has its ups and downs and sometimes downs can make you avoid doing things for yourself that you should be doing. Then life just keeps rushing right in your face and it’s been years. Now comes the shame of letting yourself get that way. So now not only do I have to make an appointment, which probably will involve a phone call, now I’m scared because I think it’s going to cost me one million dollars for a bunch of root canals and they’re going to think my mouth is gross. I came in for a cleaning. The hygienist I was scheduled had an attitude. She said I needed 18 X-rays that I was not ready for and I became agitated. The doctor came in and explained it better it was only 8 of them. Then I was given a different hygienist. The previous one I was scheduled with said I was loud. I was not loud but upset. The second hygienist was nicer and professional. I am scheduled with her again.

I posted a five star review on yelp. We also recommended you to one of our friends that is looking for a dentist. Hopefully she will be setting an appointment with you. As for a review, Jacki and I are ecstatic with both of our technicians and also the dentist. We had no idea what to expect since we had been going to our prior dentist for over 20 years. "I had a very uncomfortable experience at this office, specifically with the dental assistant, Megan. She was responsible for taking the scan for my night guard, and her attitude throughout the process was rude and short. During the scan, which is already an awkward and uncomfortable procedure, I naturally needed to spit due to excess saliva. Instead of being accommodating or understanding, Megan was dismissive and told me to 'just swallow.' She seemed annoyed that I was following normal bodily reflexes and made me feel like an inconvenience for the entire duration of the procedure. A little patience and kindness go a long way, especially during dental procedures that can make patients anxious. Despite having work at a dental office before, I still have anxiety around going to the dentist and tends to have a lot of questions. Dr. Cyrene and Monique (hygienist) were very kind and answered all my questions and concerns. I could tell that they both care for people and take their profession seriously. I personally appreciate their time and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this practice, hands down.
