I would like to thank All the Staff who took care of my Mom for the past 10 years. From Nursing, Physical Therapy, Activity, Social Work, Housekeeping and Administration. They all treated her like a family. They all went extra mile and I appreciate it. She’s going back to Philippines. God bless all of you!

During my mother’s three-week stay at Meadowbrook Manor in Naperville, the care she received was outstanding. She arrived with severe leg wounds and couldn’t walk, so the staff provided both wound care and physical therapy as part of her short-term rehab. From the very beginning, everyone made her feel supported and cared for. The wound care team, led by Remi and her skilled colleagues, provided exceptional care with precision and compassion. They assessed my mother’s wounds daily, ensuring proper cleaning, dressing changes, and monitoring of healing progress. Their communication was excellent—they kept both my mother and our family informed about her treatment plan and next steps, patiently explaining everything in detail. My Dad recieved outstanding care at this facility. I've had experience with other similar facilities (Thrive and Burgess) for Dad and other family members, and Meadowbrook was by far the best. It may not be fancy or flashy or pretend to be a "resort" but for patients that need competent, in-depth care for extended periods of time it is by far the best choice. They not only took wonderful care of him physically, but also emotionally. The staff also went way above and beyond helping us have multiple family celebrations at Meadowbrook so Dad could participate, which meant so much to us. I would have any family member or myself be a patient here with no reservations.

My mom stayed at this facility for a total of 20 days. She passed away due to heart failure. The staff was amazing and took great care of her. Therapy dept was working with her and she really enjoyed working with them. Thank you to everyone for caring for her! I would recommend Meadowbrook Manor of Naperville to anyone!!

Mom & I had an amazing experience at Meadowbrook in Naperville. From day one Oscar & Mimi were amazing. They helped to guide us on a path we haven’t been on before. Mom was there for Rehab after a fall at home. The care team was amazing!! James & Victor kept me up to date on moms care( a pleasure to work with) Dee at the 1st floor Nursing station is the absolute best!! Then there is Ralph in PT. He made me a promise, that he would take good care of mom & get her back to where she needed to be. Oh and yes he did!! I thank you all at Meadowbrook for everything!! I would highly recommend Meadowbrook in Naperville!!❤️❤️
