We were long-time patients of Dr. Walter, who was an exceptional dentist. After his retirement, we continued our care with Dr. Taylor. While our routine visits were generally fine, a recent situation involving my husband’s root canal has raised serious concerns. Following his procedure at a referred specialist, we were advised to contact your office within 3–4 weeks to schedule the crown placement. However, upon calling, we were told that the office had not received any documentation confirming the root canal was completed. We were assured that your team would reach out to obtain the necessary records and follow up with us—but weeks passed with no communication. Dentist not very friendly used to having Dr Wolter and his staff. All super nice employees nice with new dentist but don’t care for her. Will find new dentist
