Chris Casey, PharmD is the owner of Mead Square Pharmacy. Dr. Casey is willing to do anything to help a customer in need, and even after normal opening hours, including replying within minutes to a message sent by a customer during the evening and returning to his pharmacy during the evening in order to fill an urgent prescription. He will gladly research a complicated situation involving a prescribed medication, and explain in great detail how a particular medication works, its adverse reactions and how best to take it, thus going way beyond what other pharmacists are willing to do. Construction on 490 can't keep me away from the best pharmacy in America! My medicine is in high demand and even finals week at nearby colleges won't stop them from finding a fill for my script like it was the last case of Labatt in Upstate NY. Customer service is top notch and you feel like a friend when you walk in. Big box pharmas make you feel like a barcode. This place makes you feel like, “Hey buddy, how’s your mom? Did you go to the bills game on Sunday? What a win!" I fully expect them to remember my birthday and invite me over for Thanksgiving dinner. Five stars isn't enough yall are legends. Mead Square Pharmacy is my absolute favorite pharmacy for so many reasons. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always looks out for their clients. They have even offered to deliver medications to our home! The drive through always makes it a breeze to pickup medications. Shoutout to Kristin for helping me get the cost down on a very expensive medication! Her excitement for me made me feel like they all truly care.
