Today I tried to find a place that would take our health insurance, and after driving 40 miles from Ormond Beach, we found this place. It was very encouraging to be greeted at the front desk with a smile and excellent service, but the best thing that happened to us was meeting Xiomara, a kind, attentive, and, best of all, extremely professional person. We recommend this place 100%.
From walking in all the way through the entire process I felt so welcomed and taken care of. Tina greeted me with a smile and quickly had me through the initial paperwork process. Not long after I was escorted back where Roslyn checked my vitals etc. She was so nice and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Coman the nurse practitioner was not far behind Roslyn and warmly greeted me. Finished checking me over and provided a lot of great insight into all of my questions. This was above and beyond the reason for my visit. I appreciated a thorough explanation in terms I could understand. Everyone here was professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. Also a lot more reasonably priced and I was in and out in less than an hour as a walk-in. I will definitely be back for my urg
The staff was amazing and showed great concern and listened to my issue. On the other hand, the doctor did not have bedside manner and I was just a number to her. I would highly recommend because of the nurses and front reception. Those ladies were awesome.
Wow. New to the area. I couldn’t get into my doctor in a timely manner so I decided to check out some Urgent Cares. I went to Advent and they were extremely rude so I left and ended up at MD now urgent care and I’m so glad I did. Every person was extremely nice and helpful. Gave me time to explain what was happening and they listened. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Great Staff.
Just went to do a DOT physical on a Sunday morning. The personnel is awesome from the lady on the front desk to check in, the nurse and doctor. It was an excellent experience. Definitely I will come back.
