Excellent experience at this urgent care center. staff was efficient and professional handling the business side and the medical care provided. Jennifer is the PA I saw and she was very good. The examination and discussion of my illness was well done. I appreciated her compassion and treatment plan

Theresa did an amazing job at the front desk! Everytime I have gone in the past year or so she is always great. This is the first time I have seen Laura Beth but she was amazing! Very thorough and kind, actually answered my questions and was extremely helpful & walked me through everything she was saying.

I had a great experience working with Martine. She’s professional, organized, and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. When I went through my drug screening, everything was explained clearly and the process was super smooth and fast. You can tell she truly cares about doing her job well and helping people feel at ease.Keep up the good work :)

I’m writing this review for staff member Martine. She was exceptionally kind and caring towards my very elderly mother who was extremely uneasy and in pain. It takes a special person to remain calm, clear & wonderfully caring. Great job Martine!

The care is fine. The wait is exhausting I registered online, their system said to come right over with 0 people waiting. I was placed in a room within 5 min of arrival and was left there without being seen for almost an hour When the PA came in he spent less than 5 min and it took another 15min to get the paperwork. Ill try another urgent care in the future
