MD Now Urgent Care - Oviedo

I’ve never been to a more responsive and professional Urgent Care Clinic. They made it easy by letting me know when I should come requiring no wait. I was immediately checked in upon arrival and saw the doctor within a few minutes. Dr Yee was very courteous and professional, taking his time to understand my symptoms and go through the steps they’d take to identify the root of the symptoms. Everything was done smoothly and expeditiously. They followed up my visit via text and a phone call from Dr Yee. I will definitely use this office again if I need urgent care and highly recommend them.

5 stars for the very competent Tyree who performed my drug test with utmost competence. This was my second drug test here because the first time I came a female employee (0 stars) wanted half of the huge test cup filled (about 200 ml). I tried twice and did not get “enough”. I was held hostage in the back and told if I leave the company I work for would be told I refused the test. I had to drink 2 water bottles and sit for two hours in order to fill the cup to the employees desired level only to get an inconclusive result because it was too dilute. Tyree knew the correct amount of urine required (45 ml) and I was able to get it on the first try. Wish Tyree was there my first day and I wouldn’t have had this issue. Please educate staff.

I made an appointment in the morning and was seen first thing. Everyone was kind, caring, and punctual. The process to make an appointment, complete documentation, and to check-in was straightforward. I highly recommend this location.

3rd visit to MD now Urgent care. Dr. David Yi has been excellent. Less wait time than at your other doctors offices. Clear discharge instructions and they even call and check on you the next day. We are very satisfied with the facility and the staff..

Within 10 minutes, I was seen by the doctor and treated for the reason I came into the clinic. All of the staff were very helpful and professional, and the process of being treated went smoothly. This is definitely my go to facility for urgent care.
