MD Now Urgent Care - North Miami

Steph and Victoria were great, I was sick 2 weeks ago with the flu, came back again with the flu and got amazing service again. The waiting area is clean and everyone is super professional. They offer masks and tissues(for kids and adults) in case you’re coughing or showing flu like symptoms and even wear masks themselves! I love it. Definitely will be coming back here if I get sick again(hopefully not so soon though).

I had such a great experience at MD North Miami. From the moment I walked in, Victoria at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and very efficient. She made check-in smooth and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Provider Chidiac M.A. was thorough, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. Maguey and Yuri were also amazing — friendly, helpful, and very professional. The whole team works together seamlessly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The office was clean, organized, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend MD North Miami to anyone looking for quality care and a supportive staff!

Very fast attention, Steph was very professional and nice. I’m very grateful for the quality care I received and would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone needing prompt and professional medical attention.

Overall, 5 stars. Unlike years ago, good improvement. They finally got it right. The front desk team was very friendly, with professional customer service . My Biggest concern is that there is only 1 Doctor that continuously rotate between facilities. With that saying, the offices are run by Physician Assistants. It feels odd but despite the concern the PA was very professional and thorough with the diagnosis. The nurse assistant was very professional as well. Clean facility. Water bottle not available for patients. Glad I gave it a 2nd chance!

Brinay at the front desk was a great help. We had an issue with insurance but a few phone calls later everything was resolved. Dr.Yoo was a great provider and very fast with results. Thank you !
