MD Now Urgent Care - North Fort Myers

I have had 2 or 3 different appt's at this UC clinic. Each time I was helped as well as satisfied with my treatment. Kaitlyn the intake nurse, was sweet and friendly as well as knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions. The Dr was easily understood and explained to me what was going on. He was also friendly. I will continue to use this clinic when I am in Florida for the winter.

The front desk staff, supervisor , nursing/medical assistant and the Physician Assistant were all EXCELLENT and super knowledgeable, friendly and professional!! This was by far my best experience at any urgent care facility. I was very impressed with the quality of care and professionalism that was demonstrated by ALL staff ! Great JOB !!

I came to the MD NOW clinic in Ft.Myers on 2-9-2026.Every person in the clinic was fantastic including Christie Kratovil,NP.She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and pleasantly answered every question we had.After x- rays she diagnosed that I had Covid ,influenza A ,and pneumonia in both lungs.The " Tri- fecta" as I called it .She prescribed the drugs I needed and told us to come back on 2-11. On that day we met a completely different set of excellent,competent,friendly staff including Dr.Howard Linzer. After taking vitals,he said I was improving and said I needed to visit my primary Dr. back home the following week.What REALLY impressed me was how he handled my long list of questions. I'd no sooner asked a question and he would give a slow,methodical answer to each one .A bril

I was greeted and cared for by friendly, efficient staff. The waiting and exam rooms were all clean and well maintained. The doctor and PA were so helpful and kind. I had a great experience getting my pre-op tests and exam done in one place! Thank you!

After making on online appt and showing up when told to Harlem Heights, we were told there were still 5 people in front of us and it’d be at least another hour. Luckily, the receptionist offered us a transfer to the North Fort Myers office as they only had 2 patients. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful, including the nurse and Dr. Linzer. He was friendly and thorough with a great bedside manner. We also had to call back to request an inhaler. I think I spoke with Tony (?), who was also extremely helpful and gave me advice on OTC meds (and exactly how to use them) to help my son who was miserable but tested negative for everything. Excellent and fast care, friendly people, clean environment…I’d definitely go there again when in the area and would highly recommend to others!
