MD Now Urgent Care - Miami Lakes, Hialeah

I brought my husband to this urgent care, and we had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, the facility was clean, and the wait time was very reasonable. Dr. Paola was excellent. She was very attentive, took the time to listen to his symptoms, and explained the treatment plan clearly. She made both of us feel comfortable and confident that he was in good hands. Nurse Margie was wonderful—kind, patient, and very professional. She treated my husband with care and compassion, and her friendly attitude really helped reduce our stress. We are very grateful for the care he received and truly appreciate the professionalism of the team. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone who wants quality medical attention and a caring staff.

I had a great experience at MD Now Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized and efficient. Nurse Ethan H. was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away. He took the time to listen and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Provider Gilberto Rodriguez was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly so I understood my treatment plan. I really appreciated how patient and reassuring he was. Overall, the staff made what could’ve been a stressful visit feel smooth and supportive. I’m very grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend!

Today I was greeted by Tiffiny who assisted me so well even though I didn’t come prepared. She assisted me with printing out paper work and providing a seamless pre-drug test intro. Then Margie was the medical assistant who helped me with me drug test, she was sweet, quick and I was in and out from start to finish within 25 min. Their teamwork is great and although it seemed like they were the only ones in the building. They held it down. Thank you so much Tiffiny & Margie!

I came to MD Now Urgent Care and was seen by Dr. Gilberto Rodríguez and Etian, the nurse. They were both very attentive and extremely efficient. The waiting room was not crowded at all, and my wait time was no more than five minutes while I was filling out my paperwork. Everything was very clean and well organized. The doctors were super professional, and the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. I completely recommend this location.

great atmosphere, clean environment, my nurse was Etian and his charisma and professionalism mixed very well, he was very precise and consistent with his assessment on me, very pleased with their work ethic. Doctor Gilberto was also great, did his work based off my nurses assessment and made the entire experience feel hassle free. Left the md now clinic within the hour. My visit today was quick and easy and i come here all the time whenever i need a physical exam or am feeling under the weather. 100 percent recommended. 5/5 for me any day of the week!
