MD Now Urgent Care - Margate

LOVED THIS PLACE! I cut my hand while cutting an avocado.. it was pretty bad.. I arrived at 1950 literally 10 minutes before they close. Let me tell you how the receptionist Lamya was absolutely amazing. She checked me in super quickly and in less than 5 min I was inside. I then was taken care of by Ken and Claire, who both were super gentle and extremely nice! It is 2034 and I got 5 stitches and I’m going home. I apologized for getting here right when they were closing but none of them cared and they all gave me the best care! I am definitely coming back if I need to! Thank you guys for taking such good care of me!

I visited one time only. On Jan 18, 2026. Waited an hour and 20 minutes before finally being seen. The staff is pleasant. I saw a Physician Assistant who was very pleasant. She wrote me 2 prescriptions. Spent a total of 5 minutes with me. I paid $190 walking in the door and then later got a bill saying I owed $147 more. They didn’t do labs. Checked my blood pressure, oxygen level and temperature and wrote the 2 prescriptions. That’s it. Way over priced in my opinion. The Physician Assistant mentioned me getting a tetanus shot but then I never got it. We were too busy chatting about why I visited and it slipped our minds. The next day I was driving by and I stopped in and said that they forgot to give me the tetanus shot and they said they wouldn’t give it unless I paid for a

Great experience! Went online ahead of time, scheduled appt, uploaded ID and received text and emails immediately. Check-in was quick, service was prompt and issue was taken care of. Meds were ordered by Dr and got text from pharmacy while leaving appt. Could not be more pleased with great level of services provided. Also, place was clean, parking lot well maintained and environment overall was professional.

I had a good experience with all the staff at this location from check in discharge. The MA that took care of me was especially nice, courteous a d professional. I could tell she had a heavy load but she carried on with a smile and pleasant attitude. That's just what a patient needs when seeking care. Thank you.

As of this writing, I am still waiting for a doctor to see me and I have been in the patient room for approximately a half hour. I have been at the facility for over two. The staff have been pleasant but when I asked how much longer too see the doctor I was informed they only have one doctor in the building. Ps. Saw the doctor and am now waiting for my results. Almost three hours total now. Minimal staffing seems to be a big problem here as the waiting room was not full when I got here and they only have one doctor. Wouldn’t come back.
