MD Now Urgent Care - Lighthouse Point

I fell a couple weeks ago and got a cut, and it got infected.I went to my doctor's office and they were all on vacation and the receptionist said go to.M d now in lighthouse point , so I did! This office is fantastic from the clean office to the receptionists to the doctor and to Michael, he's great. They're taking good care of me, my cut is getting much better. I was just there again for my second visit and the doctor suggested, I called the surgeon, I have a hematoma on my elbow from the fall and infection they take x-rays. They give you medication , and they're all very , very nice and pleasant. Park in the back where the entrance is. I highly recommend!

I was able to check in online with ease, and because of that there was no waiting once I arrived. I was seen with no wait, with the entire visit being efficient and friendly. I was able to be taken care of and my issue resolved in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for the quick turn around time , especially when feeling less than one hundred percent.

I saw a wonderful Dr here today, Dr. Ulrich! He listened to everything I had to say, and checked everything I had talked about. He then advised me of why I was feeling so poorly. He gave me the proper antibiotics! He is very caring about his patients! Thanks again!

Brought my mother in today for a diverticulitis flair up, told both the front desk and the PA what the issue was. Was charged $180 for the visit even though staff was well aware they did not have the proper equipment to run the tests needed to treat her, yet still took our money. They let my mother sit in pain for an extra two hours just to be told to go to the ER when I should’ve been told that from the beginning. Waste of time, money, and basically told “oh well” when I asked for a refund. They don’t care about patients, just money.

I was notified that I needed a clearance for surgery next tuesday at the last minute. I went to this urgent care site.There was some mix up with the paperwork from my doctor's office The ladies at the clinic reached out to the surgery center and took care of it. They got me in quickly and got everything done and approved so I can have my procedure completed next week. Everybody, there was great to work with.The doctor was awesome. we got everything completed in time for me for to be ready for my procedure next week. I would refer others to them also.
