Posting on behalf of my wife who switched to Dr. Michael Gertsen. After seeing how wonderfully he treated my mother. His patience, kindness, and genuine care made such a lasting impression that I knew I wanted him as my dentist too. Now that I’m his patient, I can honestly say he’s upfront, honest, and extremely professional. My hygienist did a very thorough job and even gave me a play-by-play of everything she was doing, which made me feel completely comfortable. The entire team is friendly and welcoming. Even though it’s a bit of a drive, it’s absolutely worth it to see a dentist who truly cares and doesn’t give you the runaround. Highly recommend!

The staff at Florida dental spa was amazing. They took their time and explained everything thoroughly , If you want the very best care possible for your family look no further. Hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. They deserve more than a 5 star rating!

Fabulous Dental Office, Dr. Michael Gertsen filled a cavity filling that had fallen out when flossing. The service was fast and without any pain what so ever. The office staff are extremely professional. I have made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned by their Hygienist Jackie. My experience was 5 star!

First time at the dentist. What worsened my first impression is that I signed for $120 before my appointment and I was presented with $250 after the visit. I told them that I don't like to pay for what wasn't presented to me, they made a discount to $150. The doctor seemed to be very focused on making $$$ off of me instead of explaining the treatment plan. He didn't explain how to use certain device that he recommended; instead he pointed at the amount that I need to have for the crown. Not the best first impression.
