MD Now Urgent Care - Jensen Beach

This was a very positive experience. Joyce at the reception area was very pleasant and welcoming. She interacted with all patients in a respectful manner. Dr Bailey has a terrific bedside manner. This was my first experience with him. He was very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this office.

I had an excellent experience at MD now urgent care. Arlene the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The call wait system is not the best. The PA Katherine was very ,very good. She listened to me, she was attentive, and very helpful. I feel very comfortable recommending this facility and returning.

Made an appointment online to join the waitlist, was told an hour quote time. When I got there I called and asked what time they thought I would be seen she said oh there’s still three people ahead of you so it’ll be at least another hour. And I asked the woman on the phone, “Do you mean another hour on top of the one I had already waited and was quoted?” She said yes and she got incredibly rude and snippy with me. So I drove home and was going to wait another hour and go back- about 20 minutes later I got a text saying they were ready for me. So I went back and when I walked in the lady at the front desk which I think was also the woman I talked to on the phone was so rude and I hope that she doesn’t treat everybody like that. Anyways, she told me she needed the back of my insurance card

Everyone at this site was professional and kind. The receptionist , Joyce, was organized and informative. Janiris checked me in and took my history. Dr. Bailey was patient and thorough. I would definitely recommend this urgent care office. One negative- they are very busy and I had to wait a couple of hours, but they did text when I could come in.

Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Katherine the NP was awesome. She reviewed everything with me throughly and gave me detailed instructions for my aftercare. The office is very clean and they take strict precautions to ensure your health and safety. I highly recommend this facility. I hope I do not need to return, but if necessary, I would pick this facility.
