Absolutely wonderful experience. I got the frames that many other optical places did not have. I feel Dr. Sharon is so kind and professional. Kara was super amazing, she and the ladies at the front desk helped me pick frames. Everyone was so kind and professional. I will definitely go back. And not just to pick up my new glasses 🥰✝️🕊️💜So blessed to have found this Friendly Eyes Optometry and LensCrafters.

Great experience! I left with two pairs of glasses thanks to Robert’s expertise. He was patient and helped me maximize my insurance benefits. Overall, the staff was wonderful. I recommend this Treasure coast location.

I was waited on immediately when I walked in the store by Dennis, When I explained to him what I was in need of, he gave me several different options and took me to the different locations to pick out what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me the different promotions that I was eligible for. I made my purchase and would go back again for anything I needed It was an enjoyable experience.

Today “Cindy” was absolutely rude and unprofessional for an exchange. When my wife and I finally asked why she was being so rude and asked for a manager, she stormed off to the back like a child. When I went to LensCrafters in palm beach gardens they were so shocked by the comment she left under my profile they upgraded me from floor stock and wrote their own opposite comment in my profile. This shows her level of professionalism….she and the comment in my profile should be removed.

Dennis (assistant manager) was fantastic -- very knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. He was so great that I brought a family member in a few days later to purchase a pair of prescription glasses with Dennis's help. And Marty (optometrist) is also amazing. I am extremely happy with, and grateful for, everything Dennis and Marty did to help us. I highly recommend them and this LensCrafters location.
