I had a really good experience at MD Now Urgent Care in Hollywood. The staff was friendly and everything was quick and organized. The medical assistant Sham was especially great. She was very professional, helpful, and made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. You can tell she really cares about the patients. I definitely recommend this urgent care if you need quick and quality care.
On March 1, 2026 I had to go to urgent care because of the pain i was experiencing in my ribs. When I got to urgent care the front desk young lady Ridnie was very kind and helpful while I needed to make a decision to stay and get seen by the medical staff. I was in much pain and she convinced me gently to see the doctor. Only reason I was hesitant is because it was late in the afternoon and the radiology technician was not available. The medical assistant came and took me in a room to get my blood pressure, temperature and heart rate. She was also polite in the job she had to do. When Nurse Practitioner Monica Hilton came in she immediately exam me and insisted that I go the the ER based on the pain and symptoms I was experiencing. I assured her that I would go but in the interim she w
The wait to be seen took less time than estimated. Estella took my blood pressure and tested me for the flu or covid, she was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Alicia was really nice and they both got right to the issue. Overall may be the best experience i had at an urgent care to date.
The experience was good. The two people that helped me were awesome. The lady was careful with me, knowing that I was sensitive in my ear but, throughout the whole process I feel much better. So much thanks to her and I will most definitely come back again if anything comes up.🤝🏾😄
WowThe staff is very quick to get you seen by the doctor. The Doctor i saw is wonderful. Very caring about the pain that I had. She knew Right away what was wrong and how to fix it. Haven't been to a Doctor's office. That has been so quick so kind. So efficient. Highly recommend!
