MD Now Urgent Care - Hallandale Beach

This is not the first we visit this urgent care because of our parents, and are always very thankful to have them close by. Today I had to bring my mother Maria E, we suspected that she was not feeling well, as she has some difficulties communicating things to us. The staff were super professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The young lady in the front, the nurse and doctor Ms. Leah and Ms. Aisha, and everybody else. They were super sweet while professionally doing their work. Our time there was minimum, my mother left with her diagnosis and proper medical treatment. The place is always clean and organized. If you are in the area definitively we recommend them if you need medical services. Thank you again to this amazing staff.

My brother-in-law was visiting for the holiday and was ahving. some urinary symptoms like frequency, burning and discoloration. As an RN I suggested that he go an urgent care. He took my advice and visited MD Now in Hallandale Beach. Once there he requested to be seen by a doctor. He was never told that there wasn't one on duty and the staff insisted that he would see one. He was seen by a nurse practioner who was dismissive, rude and short with her comments. At one point he phoned me while there to get some clarification. Again he asked for the doctor but was not told that there was not one there at the time. After a urinalysis was done he was advised to go to the hospital because the nurse was not able to treat him. He had to pay upfront $180.00 thinking that he would be seen by a physis

I will like to thank these two special angels Aisha Logan Rama and Leah Groyman PA I’m so appreciative of these two ladies they kept me calm. They soothe me. They treated me like family sweet I appreciate you guys. The whole office was genuine y’all to my angels cause I was scared of the situation that I was in and y’all soothe me and make sure that everything was all right. I appreciate it. XOXo

MD NOW Rock!!! The staff was very nice and kind. Dr. Mushtaq, Erick, Aisha, and Raushana was very friendly. The facility is clean. Dr. Mushtag was down to earth. If you need medical care you would want to go there. I love the staff at MD NOW🥰❤️🥰

Best experience with the best staff and best doctors!!! Let's start with the customer service and how its ultimately the most top tier you wouldn't think you'd receive at an urgent care. This place is totally different and knocks all the other local urgent cares out of the ball park. Front desk Raushana is such a sweetheart, she's very personable and if its not busy in the waiting room she will keep you company and have a nice chat with you about life in florida, the weather, etc, made the entire experience very peaceful from the minute I walked in the office.
