MD Now Urgent Care - Greenacres

The lady at the front was very polite and helpful when I had difficulties with registration, the lady who checked my BP and temperature was really nice and attentive when I was answering her questions however; NP Jacqueline Charbonneau seemed like she could not get out that room fast enough, she popped in then out extremely quick. When talking to her I didn’t feel I was actually getting listened to..almost robotic which is fine except that as a Family member of many doctors from Nurse to surgical, bedside manners are extremely important, no matter what part of the field you’re in. Another thing to mention is the first thing she asked me was if I spoke English which was unnecessary and very offensive she couldn’t ask the nurse who prepped me? Or just ask how I am and wait for me to answer i

This emergency room is one of the best I've ever visited. The nursing staff, receptionists, and medical team were all extremely good. The doctor who saw me was very accurate with the diagnosis and treatment. I was very impressed and I greatly appreciate her help and professionalism. Thank you very much, Doctor.

I am so very grateful to the team at MD Now Greenacres. My son had to come in for a work physical and he was a bit stressed about it, but Ric, Yari and Dr Hartwig went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, cared for and as if he was their highest priority. Additionally, they didn't push any unnecessary additional procedures which could have been costly. Speaking of cost, they were the most reasonably priced clinic anywhere in our area for the work physical, and their availability and scheduling was beyond efficient. I saw Julia Vorster, nurse practitioner, at md now greenacres. She was so amazing, explaining everything thoroughly. She took time to examine me in a well manner and she was willing to work with me. Gladly I will follow to any of the offices she works at so I can follow up. I appreciate people like her. The whole staff was very pleasant and professional, Leslie, D’jeme, and Sam.

From the moment I walked in, Vanesa greeted me with a smile behind the Front Desk. She quickly attended to my son and I. My 1 year old son was having an emergency bite that was swelling and she made sure we got into a room to be seen quickly. Neenka came in to take my son’s vitals. She was so sweet to my son even though he was clearly miserable and not being fully cooperative. My son ended up giving her a high five as she left. Our Nurse Practitioner Jackie was wonderful as well. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and made sure my son and his care were her top priority. Hands down this is the best Urgent Care visit we’ve had. I initially went to another MD now that did not prioritize the emergency situation we had with our child.
