MD Now Urgent Care - Golden Gate

On 03/03/2026. I brought my 15 year old son there with a fever, terrible headache, and running nose. I waited more than 3 hours to be seen. The physician said my son had an ear infection and never tested my son for flu or Covid. He prescribed him amoxicillin for the suppose ear infection, plus a cough medication that we never saw before, plus fluticasone, and omeprazole. When I left I asked myself: Why the doctor didn’t test him for flu having flu symptoms? My gut told me something was wrong with this place. Today 03/04 my son continued with fever and had vomits. So, I brought my son to another urgent care doctor, a pediatrician, and they found he had no ear infection and they tested him and he was positive for flu B. This place needs to do better treating people and diagnosing the illness

Do not come to this place. You will regret it. My wife and son were there on several occasions. They were in around 7 and since they close at 8 its all about rush rush rush we are almost closing. They were both told that they had a bad case of cold. We ended up going to an ER on the same day to find out they had the flu. If you want to waste your time come in here. Avoid at all costs. They did not even give her discharge papers. Come at your own risk

Left a great review back in July, the staff was amazing. They called the next day to check in to see how I was feeling numerous times. I was recommended to this urgent care by a Naples local. Although.. I visited feb 24….. I was prescribed amoxicillin, a nasal spray, and a cough syrup(for an ear and sinus infection) I told them I was concerned because my eye was crusted over when I woke up.. my doctor prescribed an extra 3 days of amoxicillin just in case a slight chance of pink eye occurred. We figured 10 days of amoxicillin would be subsequent enough upon finishing the medication. On March 6th my ears are still completely clogged. I brought my daughter in yesterday for an infected cut, and we had a great experience. We booked our visit online and were seen right away.The front desk staff was very friendly, and Dr. Linzer made both my daughter and me feel reassured and relaxed. He prescribed antibiotics, and we were in and out quickly. Everyone was extremely welcoming. Highly recommend!

Ive been here before but this last time the reception was rude and unhelpful. The dr was standoffish, short, and walked out of the room mid conversation. Just overall really seemed like the was hated her job. The person who took my blood pressure was kind and comprehensive.
