MD Now Urgent Care - Estero

They don’t respect the turn and order of the patients. Urgent care is not emergency care. People who have an emergency should go to the emergency care not urgent care the physician has to send them to emergency care.. And employees here…. Employees don’t respect the turn and they just change the list and order however they want at their convenience. My appointment as at 9:40, it is 10:50 am and they got 2 people in front of me. Not updated on the DOT procedure, the law has changed and they are not informed enough and up to date. Information has to be submitted to the DMW website by the physician. When blood pressure is high, the assistant is suppose to give you time, provide you with a bottle of water so it lowers and also switch arms when he retakes it. These procedures are very typical

Everyone was wonderful from Emily the acting receptionist to Laura the MA to Dr Stauk. They were very busy so there was a wait. But everyone was so kind. Laura even gave me a hug because I was upset That is worth ten stars

I was extremely satisfied with my trip to Urgent care!! I used call ahead andcthere was no waiting. Everyone was very nice and professional! The doctor took her time with me and listened to my symptoms. She gave me the meds I needed to get better!!

On Wednesday my daughter was sent to this horrible place for workman’s comp. for dog bites received at work. Bites were not even cleaned, nothing for pain recommended. Bandaids were used and put on both hands and didn’t even cover the wounds. Moving forward to Thursday to another MD Now location on Pine Island Rd. Where she was immediately sent to the ER. They couldn’t believe how things were overlooked at Estero. She is now in the hospital on major antibiotics and waiting on surgery. I am holding the PA accountable. She should be fired and removed from practicing. I am not finished yet with this. This is what it looks like now.

There was no urgency for someone who was visibly sick to get seen. We waited about 2 hours and everyone was taken back but him. Front desk receptionist was unhelpful and had an attitude. So did the nurses in the back. NEVER COME HERE unless you want to get frustrated and spend a fortune!
