MD Now Urgent Care - East Palm Beach Gardens

I had a great experience here. The office was very fast and efficient. The receptionist, Christie, was friendly and checked me in quickly. Emmanuel was very kind and did my intake thoroughly. I ended up needing a shot, and since I’m afraid of needles, he walked me through everything and helped me feel much more relaxed. Dr. Mark was excellent and very knowledgeable. I thought I needed X-rays, but he explained clearly why they weren’t necessary, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt well taken care of by the entire team and would definitely recommend this place.

They were very quick and thorough! I felt very comfortable. My nurse was Maria Vitale and she made me feel at ease and also made me laugh! My main provider was Dr. Mike L and he was also amazing! Def would recommend 10/10

Came in suddenly last Wednesday afternoon with increasing body aches, severe exhaustion and a 102 temperature. Check-in was easy and could be done on the app. Wait time was very minimal and nurse was very thorough on examination to find the cause. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors were extremely nice, professional and laid back. Diagnosis was decided in less than 20 minutes and meds were quickly sent to the CVS across the street and ready 10 minutes after I left the office. I greatly appreciate the care this office administered and made a strange day a little bit better.

Excellent location with ample parking. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The registration process was easy and fast. All personnel was courteous and efficient. The Dr. had excellent bedside manners he was thorough with his examination and efficient with the diagnosis. He listened and asked all the right questions. Kudos to all for an excellent patient service!

Very good place, attentive. They listened with patience. I am from another state. I have only visited Florida three times. I fell and in pain. I was concerned going to a clinic from out of state. But, I am more positive now if I should visit Florida again.
