A great all round experience from a Team of amazing professionals. From the moment I walked in, Maria, Marie, and Joelle were really friendly, helpful, making the whole process from Front Desk, through check in, to exam room assistance and the great Doctor’s diagnosis a seamless and efficient process. I left with a clear understanding of my problems and was able to go straight down the road to the pharmacy to collect my prescription medication and am today already feeling better.
I visited MD Now Urgent Care DAVIE for severe frozen shoulder pain and was very impressed. From check-in to discharge, the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The provider took time to explain what was going on and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. By the time I left the clinic I was pain free.Excellent care and great customer service
Not the worst but definitely not a good experience. I will def not be coming back. First off they do not print out the prescription number on your form which adds an incovenience when calling the pharmacy automated number. Then the pharmacy needed to contact them due to a prescription dosage appearing too hi but they never answered. I even called and no one answers. There is not even an answering service to leave a message.I had to drive back so they could contact the pharmacy. Also you need your phone to register. You need to take pics of your cards. I would imagine a Kiosk would be much better suited than your phone.
What an amazing team this location has. Lillian greeted me with so much warmth and care as well as Marie and Caesar, who were absolutely amazing as well. Caesar gave me helpful long term care advice and was very attentive to my needs. It’s a blessing to have a veteran on your team. He truly loves what he does.
Location convenient. Able to book appointment on line.All the staff were very professional and understanding to my needs. The Doctor was amazing and took the time to listen to me and understand how I was feeling. I will always use this facility
