MD Now Urgent Care - Cutler Bay

Wonderful! The receptionist was very kinda and engaging. The Nurse practitioner was also, plus made me feel very comfortable. When leaving the receptionist said by and said my name. That' means to me that they are attentive and I am not just another patient. Thank once again ☺️

This urgent care is the best! They attend to you in a timely manner. From the front desk personnel to the nurses and the doctor… everyone is so professional and caregiving. They treat me like family and go above and beyond to have my needs met. Everytime I leave this facility I am always praising them.

It was a relatively simple and fast process. Of course these days you’re not escaping the double information on digital and paper, but other than that, no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful, something quite hard to find these days, especially in the healthcare industry. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

The gentleman at the front desk was polite and nice so was the lady who did the pre check but I sat there for over an hour for the doctor to walk in and tell me I had the flu and had sent medication to my pharmacy !! I’m confused because nobody had even seen me to check on what was actually going on. I told the Doctor “ I’m not sick with the flu or even a cold I have a sinus infection” he said “no you have the flu” I said how if nobody came in to check on me ?you walked in and told me I had the Flu and said have a great day. Then proceeded to tell me I’m free to go. What an experience that was never going back here that doctor should have his license revoked because he doesn’t care about the people at all !

High quality service. From the staff to the doctor everything was quick and efficient. Dr.Lamas listened to my concerned and explained any medical questions I had. 10/10 recommended if coming for a quick visit
