MD Now Urgent Care - Collins Rd

I'm facing hardship and have been extremely stressed. Went in crying with every other word. The receptionist was so kind and they worked with my financial situation. I saw Tatiana Martinez, PA. She was just the sweetest and was very attentive, listening to all I've been through. I've never experienced such kindness and care. I was totally impressed. Thank you all so very much!!

If i had to use one word for this place it would be thorough! I was diagnosed with strep and i tend to get this a few times a year. Normally someone just throws a penicillin prescription at me and sends me on my way. Dr. Collins thoroughly checked me for everything else, even after seeing the positive strep result. He also went over all of my antibiotic options with me and explained why he chose the one he did, and how it better meets my personal needs. I was also prescribed something for cough and inflammation which is something i usually have to basically beg for. On top of the thorough care everyone was very sweet. Every single staff member told me they hoped i felt better on my way out. Definitely going to be my new go-to spot when my family and i are sick!

I had a pleasant experience with each person from the front desk to the provider. I had no wait time and felt like they cared about me as a patient. The office is in Walmart which took me awhile to figure out. It has its own entrance though so you don’t have to go into the store.

I went into this location today to figure out what’s going on cause I’m sick. It’s a very up-to-date and clean facility and everybody was super kind and super helpful. Coming from the west side of Jacksonville it’s hard to find a good urgent care that I’m uncomfortable at so I’m very happy with this month and we will be coming back!

Staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Love everytime we go! We never feel like our symptoms are looked over.
