MD Now Urgent Care - Atlantic Boulevard

I don’t usually write reviews and have been hesitant to even go to this clinic… I was seen a couple of days ago and I can’t say enough about how great my experience was, the MA Lauryn is as so nice and kind. The PA Sule, she is a hidden gem, she made me feel so comfortable and was very personable, made it feel like my mom was checking on me to see if I was okay. I rarely use urgent care, but moving forward I won’t go anywhere else. The longest part of being there was trying to get my ID to upload during registration.

This location is beyond slow. I only came for a pre-employment drug screen. I got in line ahead of time on the site @6:23p and was pre-registered by 6:27pm. I was told they were ready for me @6:35p. Despite my pre-registration, I still filled out the same info manually upon arrival. I decided to write this review at 7p and for giggles and I went and checked the online ‘line’. It claims 1 person, 2 have gone back since I arrived and 1 other is in here with me so that’s at least 2 waiting. I did everything I could to make this faster because I’m hangry after my 12hr work day. I couldn’t even leave because they were holding my drivers license hostage. On a positive note it left me plenty of time to complete this review. Oh, and I don’t just complain, I come with receipts. PFA. BTW still waiti

Walked in to the Collins rd branch and was seen by Michael Collins. He was fantastic. He explained everything by talking to me not at me. He made me feel comfortable. His bedside manner and professionalism was above and beyond. I was never at the facility but will definitely highly recommend. I got right in and couldn’t ask for nicer people running the facility. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌌

Fit me in within an hour of me checking their website. The online waiting list is such a great idea Dr. Tatiana evaluated me & came up with treatment super quickly. When I tell you I felt like I new person the NEXT day I’m not lying. 10/10 would come again

Fantastic experience! The entire medical staff was so friendly and caring. Dr. Amy Mona was incredible! She was very thorough and empathetic. She even pulled out a visual binder to show me what was going on. Wait time was also minimal, which is always a plus!!! I highly recommend! Thank you MD Now Urgent Care Atlantic Boulevard!
